We ask you to understand that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. Since we understand that it is easy to forget an appointment, all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours and 1 hour in advance via Text Message. Any no call no show appointment will result in a ban from making any further appointments.
