Any other beauty or salon services are not offered unless explicitly stated. 2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to show up without proper notice (“no-show”) may result in being banned from future services at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, without liability. 3. Payments and Refunds All payments are processed in-person via our POS system (Square). No deposits or prepayments are required. Services that are rendered are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in cases of processing errors or mistakes made using the POS or payment processor. 4. Liability By using our services, you acknowledge that nail services carry risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other unforeseen side effects. We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects resulting from services, unless caused directly by gross negligence on our part. You agree to release Nailed It Studios By Kim LLC and its employees from any claims related to such incidents. 5. Customer Behavior Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service or being asked to leave the premises. Minors may not book services independently; bookings are assumed to have parental/guardian consent. 6.
